Coaching Programs
As a result, we ensure that our coaching programs are tailored to meet your needs. We agree the desired goals and objectives up front and we will keep you accountable to these objectives. You will be provided with a Coach who has the appropriate expertise in the key area you wish to focus on.
The key areas we focus on at the present time are:
- Business/ Executive Coaching - This is aimed at those individuals with their own business or currently in management positions in their organisation. There are three levels of coaching available - Ultimate, Premier and Results.
- Career/Sport Performance Coaching - This program targets those individuals wishing to improve their performance in either their career or sporting aspirations. There are three levels of coaching available - Ultimate, Premier and Results.
Rising Star Program
This program is for the innovative employer focused on providing promotional opportunities in a supportive environment. If you have identified your leaders of the future, and want to ensure their success, then this program is for you. Develop their non-technical skills before they assume a leadership role in your organisation.
We also have a range of supporting tools which we utilise throughout the program. Some of our additional resources are available for purchase separately.
